• Admin to support our daily office procedures. A successful Administrative Employee will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include managing office stock. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.
• Forming and maintain new hire employees, Hardcopy.
• Filing HR archive room.
• Prepare employee company ID.
• Recording absence leave in case of any employee request.
• Answer quires by employees and clients.
• Recording daily petty cash.
• Responsible of canteen calculation and management canteen orders.
• Prepare weekly permission for the employees on Fridays.
• Manage office supplies (stationary) stock and place orders.
• Responsible for :
-Main building kitchen and canteen
-Employee kitchen and canteen
-Security Management
-Cleaners.
• Data Entry
• Monthly requirements
• Any other requirements from Head of HR.
