• To manage and the handle the contracts with a company's vendors to ensure best prices, quality, service, additional duties include managing inventory, tracking orders, resolving issues concerning price disputes, and making bids for a vendor's services.
• Reviews requisitions Solicits quotation, prepare summary and analyzes the bids,
• Data entry in ERP and awards PO’s/BPA.
• Handling the micro purchase such raw, packing and chemical items.
• Following the delivery status of the materials with the WH.
• Receives invoice, checks and forward to finance for payment.
• Review quality of purchased products
• Vendor management / evaluation.
• Handling the communication and cooperation with the suppliers.
