Support ticket, daily reports creation, and follow up.

Customer notifications for change management activity.

Responsible for installation and maintenance of the Core Fibre Optic Transport System.

Responsible for the supervision of the installation and maintenance of the copper cabling team.

Install, configure, troubleshoot the Local and remote network switches, routers, firewalls.

Install, configure, troubleshoot the Wi-Fi access points and controllers.

Install, commission, maintain and test various UPS systems.

Turn-up and troubleshoot new customer circuits inside datacenters, office buildings and field sites.

Performs and supervise minor building maintenance.

Provide hands-on technical expertise for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and turning-up fiber optic and copper networks.

Drive the implementation of network new implementation, and expansions.

Work with Network Operations and Customer Support on outages and upgrades.

Manage vendors, property managers, project managers on customer installations, IT and Network infrastructure installations and support, in addition to relater construction activities.
