We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team. In this role, you will oversee sales activities, ensure targets are met, and provide coaching to sales agents. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support the sales team to ensure they meet individual and team targets.
• Train, mentor, and motivate sales agents to enhance their performance.
• Monitor sales activities, track progress, and provide regular performance reports.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Assist sales agents in negotiations and closing deals when needed.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor, Team Lead, or similar role.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop action plans.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
