Candidate must be based in Duhok and will be responsible for the sales channels in Duhok, Mosul, and Zakho
Responsibilities:
TEAM MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
Recruit, train & manage TDEs' team within the territory to achieve & exceed key business objectives, by ensuring that all TDEs are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge through continuous development activities & coaching.
TERRITORY MANAGEMENT
Coordinate & manage the implementation of set commercial objectives on territory level (IMS, SoM, minimum OOS etc.) Contribute to development of the national commercial plan & long-term strategy.
BUDGET
Plan & manage the budget in assigned territory to control and ensure optimal allocation & usage across Sub-territories with full compliance with internal financial policies.
MARKET INTELLIGENCE & SALES ANALYTICS
On territory level - consolidate and analyze all market and business performance to define territory performance gaps & strengths in a timely & effective manner.
TRADE RELATIONSHIPS
Build & maintain mutually beneficial business relationships with strategic outlets' owners / managers across all 3 indirect channels (GT,KA,WS) for both CC touchpoints in order to ensure smooth operations.
EHSS, PRINCIPLES & PRACTICES
Ensure that all activities build and maintain a solid image of the company as responsible and preferred business partner. Ensure that all conducted activities correspond to national legislation as well as the company’s Principles & Practices.
Education
College/University<>University degree preferable
Work Experience
• 3+ years of experience in field sales
• Sales experience in different channels (KA, GT, HoReCa ) preferable
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales preferable
• Experience in FMCG
