Job Scope:
Responsible for identifying and capturing incremental volume & high visibility by marketing at the point of purchase. A key interface between sales & marketing delivering trade marketing expertise to develop, implement & track strategies in order to meet necessary targets.
Support business development by creating customer focused activity programs and delivering to the field the necessary selling tools.
• To create channel specific sales aids that link ACCBC Pull programs to customer’s needs
• Develop initiatives that support field-based activity in targeted priority areas, e.g. South, MT, Float And Barbican
• To sign off all promotions as field ready from a customer perspective
Innovation Support
• Support innovation calendar (launches & promos) via providing visibility and merchandising equipment's for POS, Communicate the trade programs to the sales team & the channels.
• Prepare & communicate incentive programs for retailers & sales team.
• Tracking of the results and analysis.
• Prepare the yearly Trade marketing calendar in conjunction with Commercial manager summarizing ACCBC pull & push initiatives. The calendar to be the single voice for field communication
• Within the Calendar, provide examples of Best Practice and establish KPI’s for key initiatives
Pricing Architecture
• Identify and secure the data required to support the ACCBC development of Pricing Strategy
• Working with ASM, make recommendations on pricing strategy by market, channel and package
• Yearly operating plans including: Targets, Trade terms & Promotional calendar for Modern Trade.
• Monthly reporting of mentioned channels.
• Look for new channel development opportunities.
• Design channel specific new merchandising & visibility equipments as well innovation & promotions launches.
• Provide necessary commercial arguments & promotions in order to help category development in the channel.
Measures:
• Market Share & Volume performance
• Roll out of Trade marketing initiatives
• Consumer KPI targets
• Reports summarizing TM projects
Skills & Qualifications
- A university degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- + 5 years experience in agency or trade marketing experience
- Fluency in Arabic and English language, Kurdish language is a plus
- Computer literacy (MS word, Excel, Power point, other related software)
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Good networking and communication skills
