Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and facilitate communication between the bank, clients, and external partners.
  2. Provide assistance and support to clients in executing banking transactions and understanding available services.
  3. Provide necessary information and procedures to clients and external partners accurately and effectively.
  4. Follow up on client inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  5. Collaborate with internal bank departments to ensure comprehensive fulfillment of client needs.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Previous experience in banking, communications, or relationship management.
  3. Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage time.
  5. Ability to build positive and effective relationships with clients and external partners.
