Responsibility : 

•             Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, including banks and other relevant entities.

•             Act as the primary point of contact for assigned financial institution, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.

•             Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities with financial institutions.

•             Analyze financial institutions' needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services to meet their requirements.

•             Negotiate and finalize agreements, contracts, and pricing structures with financial institution clients.

•             Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the financial services industry to identify potential opportunities or threats.

•             Prepare and deliver presentations to financial institution to showcase our products, services, and capabilities.

•             Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of financial institution relationships, including key metrics, opportunities, and challenges.

•             Stay informed about regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to financial institution clients and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations.

•             Continuously strive to enhance the overall customer experience for financial institution clients and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor degree in  Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. experience working in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on relationship management not less than 5 years .
3. Strong understanding of financial products and services, including lending, treasury management, and cash management solutions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
5. Solid negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and persuade others.
6. Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed recommendations.
7. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to financial institutions.
8. Proactive attitude, with a strong drive to achieve results and exceed targets.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
10. Languages:
