Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Checks:
    • Conduct routine checks on cashpoints for proper functionality.
    • Inspect physical components, including card readers and cash dispensers.
  2. Maintenance:
    • Perform regular maintenance tasks and coordinate repairs as needed.
  3. Troubleshooting:
    • Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
  4. Security Measures:
    • Ensure adherence to security protocols.
    • Monitor for tampering or suspicious activities.
  5. Software Updates:
    • Coordinate and implement software updates.
    • Validate functionality of updated software.
  6. Reporting:
    • Generate reports on quality checks and maintenance.
    • Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest improvements.
  7. User Experience:
    • Address and resolve reported customer concerns.
    • Monitor cashpoint queues during peak times.
  8. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other Cashpoint Quality Employees and relevant departments.
    • Communicate effectively with teams involved in cashpoint operations.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical training or certification in ATM maintenance is advantageous.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of cashpoint security measures.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
