Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Checks:
- Conduct routine checks on cashpoints for proper functionality.
- Inspect physical components, including card readers and cash dispensers.
- Maintenance:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Troubleshooting:
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Security Measures:
- Ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Monitor for tampering or suspicious activities.
- Software Updates:
- Coordinate and implement software updates.
- Validate functionality of updated software.
- Reporting:
- Generate reports on quality checks and maintenance.
- Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- User Experience:
- Address and resolve reported customer concerns.
- Monitor cashpoint queues during peak times.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other Cashpoint Quality Employees and relevant departments.
- Communicate effectively with teams involved in cashpoint operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical training or certification in ATM maintenance is advantageous.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of cashpoint security measures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills.
