Lead vehicle logistics, warehouse, PDI, traffic registration, and delivery operations from inbound shipment through final handover, ensuring efficient vehicle flow, accurate inventory, technical readiness, and compliance.

Key Accountabilities

Vehicle Logistics & Warehouse

• Manage inbound shipments, customs clearance, warehouse capacity, receiving, storage, movement, and delivery.
• Maintain accurate VIN, inventory, location, status, and key records.
• Manage vehicle damage reporting and support insurance and transport claims.

PDI Operations

• Lead PDI Engineers, Technicians, and Electricians and plan capacity based on vehicle volumes.
• Ensure PDI, technical actions, quality checks, and vehicle release are completed on time.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, rework, and vehicle readiness.

Registration & Delivery

• Oversee vehicle registration and ensure accurate and timely completion.
• Control registration documents, fees, government transactions, and records.
• Ensure vehicles are released only after all required financial, technical, documentation, and registration clearances.
• Coordinate vehicle handover and resolve delivery or registration issues.

3PL & Operational Controls

• Manage logistics, transport, and customs providers against agreed service, cost, safety, and performance standards.
• Monitor operating costs, vehicle damage, inventory, registration, and delivery performance.
• Ensure vehicles are protected from damage, unauthorized use, or release.

People Leadership

• Lead warehouse, PDI, registration, receiving, delivery, and outsourced driver teams.
• Allocate resources, set objectives, monitor performance, and develop team capability.

• On-time vehicle receipt and delivery
• Inventory, VIN, location, and key accuracy
• PDI productivity, quality, and turnaround time
