Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and adherence to corporate governance principles within the banking sector.
- Ensure strict compliance with banking laws, regulations, and industry standards governing corporate activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including resolutions, contracts, and other official banking documents.
- Act as a liaison between different banking departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate and schedule banking-specific corporate meetings, preparing agendas and minutes.
- Assist in implementing and enforcing corporate policies and procedures, aligning them with banking regulations.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure that corporate activities align with banking and financial legal requirements.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders within the banking context, building positive relationships.
- Maintain organized and accessible records related to corporate banking activities and decisions.
- Support financial reporting and budgetary processes within the banking corporate domain.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
- 2-5 of experience in corporate administration, preferably within the banking industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored for effective interaction within the banking sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective AML risk assessments and investigations.
- Excellent organizational abilities, with meticulous attention to detail for maintaining accurate banking records.
