Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment Planning:
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Sourcing and Attraction:
Utilize various channels to source high-caliber candidates, including social media, job boards, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions.
Implement creative and targeted recruitment campaigns to attract diverse talent.
Candidate Assessment and Selection:
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Market Research:
Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on market conditions affecting talent acquisition.
Collaboration and Relationship Building:
Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand departmental needs and priorities.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Life After Hiring:
Onboarding and Integration:
Develop and enhance onboarding programs to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
Work closely with departmental leaders to ensure effective integration into the company culture.
Employee Engagement:
Implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention.
Collaborate with the HR team to identify and address any challenges related to talent management.
Continuous Improvement:
Regularly assess and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Gather feedback from new hires and hiring managers to enhance the overall recruitment experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead or similar role, with a focus on the Iraq, GCC, and Lebanon regions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in implementing innovative recruitment strategies.
