An international mobile phone brand is looking for a Galaxy Master trainer in Baghdad. 

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive training for the sales team, field force, and promoters.

Conduct daily training sessions for In-Store Representatives (IR) shops and distributors.

Ensure the development and implementation of monthly journey plans.

Generate daily reports to track training progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Capability to handle events effectively.

Strong presentation skills, both on a monthly and weekly basis.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in training roles, preferably in a sales or field force environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks.

Flexibility to adapt to changing training needs and schedules.

Additional Skills:

Familiarity with mobile products and features is a plus.

Experience in creating engaging and interactive training materials.
