The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations across all branches, ensuring efficient service delivery, adherence to company standards, and optimal resource utilization. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality service, managing teams, and driving operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all car wash and detailing locations
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Manage branch supervisors and operational staff performance
• Monitor inventory levels, equipment usage, and supply management
• Control operational costs, expenses, and resource allocation
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning
• Track and report on KPIs including revenue, productivity, and service time

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in operations management, preferably in automotive or service industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid understanding of operational controls and process improvement
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple locations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
