The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations across all branches, ensuring efficient service delivery, adherence to company standards, and optimal resource utilization. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality service, managing teams, and driving operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all car wash and detailing locations
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures
- Manage branch supervisors and operational staff performance
- Monitor inventory levels, equipment usage, and supply management
- Control operational costs, expenses, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning
- Track and report on KPIs including revenue, productivity, and service time
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in operations management, preferably in automotive or service industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of operational controls and process improvement
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple locations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
