We are seeking an experienced Technician with expertise in using 3D printers to join our dental laboratory team. As a Dental Technician, you will be responsible for producing high-quality dental prosthetics and appliances utilizing advanced 3D printing technology.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain 3D printers to fabricate dental prosthetics and appliances.
Interpret dental prescriptions and digital scans to design and produce accurate dental restorations.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure precise fitting and aesthetic outcomes for patients.
Troubleshoot and calibrate 3D printers as needed to maintain optimal performance.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental 3D printing technology and techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict safety and hygiene protocols.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Dental Technician, with specific expertise in using 3D printers.
Proficiency in dental software and CAD/CAM design for 3D printing processes.
In-depth knowledge of dental materials, occlusion, and restoration techniques.
Strong attention to detail and precision in work to achieve excellent results.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a dental team.
Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and dental professionals.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification or formal training in dental technology or a related field.
Familiarity with various 3D printing technologies and materials used in dentistry.
