• Manage Regulatory Reporting
• Ensure the regulatory reports are accurately prepared and submitted on timely basis.
• Ensure to prepare and provide accurate information to Financial reporting and other business units on timely manner
• Effective Management of the team to deliver the unit Task and any task assigned by line manager
• Timely and accurate calculation of RWA and CAR in line with Group and regulatory requirements
• Regulatory requirements and internal controls (100% Regulatory and statutory compliance)
• Ensure that the CB IRAQ return forms have been verified by the external auditors
• Ensure strong engagements with, external auditors, , Central Bank and internal stakeholders. (positive feedback)
• Ensure strong engagement with regulators. (positive feedback)
• Drive Regulatory reporting initiative cross FCG by driving automation process and enhancement of various reports as per the plan
• Demonstrates behaviors which support the Bank’s core values at all times
• Contributes to the development of employees through identifying the appropriate learning and development opportunities.
