Job Tittle: Sales Assistant-Showroom

Location: Baghdad 

Sector: building Materials company

Working days: 6 days in a week

Employee Type: long-term/ 3 months’ probation period

Open to: locals only

Salary: will be negotiate during the interview

Arizanti is looking to hire Salesperson for a well-known luxurious company in Baghdad. Candidates with one year of relevant experience and the fresh graduated are highly encourage to apply.  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Strong communication skills for building meaningful relationships with customers, setting expectations.
• Have intelligent intrapersonal skill to questions, identify buyer needs, and follow up accordingly.
• Have a good business-level information (brand, service and product knowledge) to move a conversation with customers.
• Being an active listener, staying in the moment and ensuring clearly what the customer(buyer) is saying.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Responsible for greeting customers.
• Provide customers with information about items.
• Maintain accurate and organized files.
• Ability to travel to other cities within Iraq (male candidates).
• Able to work under high-pressure.
• Maintain the Showroom as a professional place of business.
• Ability to develop him/herself within the environment and reach the targets.

 Qualifications & Skills Requirements

• Time Management and Planning Skills.
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Motivation to work through busy shifts.
• One year of experiences and fresh-graduated are highly encourage to apply.
• A degree in sales, marketing, or a related field would be advantageous.
• Comfort with mathematical tools.
• A jaunty personality with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and mindsets. 
• Proven ability to sell luxury products and provide a premium customer experience.
• Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, is essential for this role.
• Resident of Erbil, knowing Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
