Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise trade finance transactions, including import/export financing, letters of credit, and documentary collections.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and international trade finance standards, such as UCP 600 and Incoterms.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with trade finance transactions, including credit, legal, and operational risks.
- Provide guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders on trade finance products and services.
- Foster relationships with corporate clients, exporters, importers, and correspondent banks to expand trade finance business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and developments in trade finance and recommend enhancements or new offerings.
- Prepare reports and analysis on trade finance activities, performance, and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including risk management, compliance, legal, and operations, to ensure smooth and efficient trade finance operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in trade finance or related roles in banking.
- Understanding of trade finance products, international standards, and regulations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
