• Financial reporting
• Perform all payment related activities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Review consolidated financial statements of the Group (bank and subsidiaries) as per the relevant laws and regulatory standards and send it for the review of the Head of Finance and CFO.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors from planning to completion of the audit to ensure their requirements are provided on a timely basis.
• Manage communications with external auditors on external financial statements and accounting issues to ensure auditor agreement on accounting disclosures, and issues
• Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements.
• Take ownership of Shareholder statutory reporting requirement and communicate reports that need to be attested by the statutory auditors for attestation as per the pre-agreed date.
• Maintain the integrity of statutory reporting records
• Drive transformation of manual processes and reports to be  automated to enhance efficiency
• Timely and accurate preparation and submission of ad-hoc reports to support decision making
• Ensure the business done is as per policies of the bank, ethically right, transparent and monitored.
• Communicate and explain accounting issues and evolving accounting guidance to the management team
• Perform continuous assessment of the close process and process re-engineering to reduce the timing to close the financial period.
• Support month end and year-end closing.
• Participate in other projects as required.
• Ensures the accuracy of invoices from vendors and allocate all expenses to the proper GLs and cost centers
• Review of all accruals on a timely basis
• Review of tracking of project related costs on a timely basis
• Prepare reports, reconciliations and ensure accuracy of all transactions
