Develop, update, and implement operational policies and procedures to align with compliance standards and best practices.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance the understanding of compliance requirements among operational staff.
Provide guidance and training to bank staff on compliance policies and procedures.
Collaborate closely with various operational teams to integrate compliance measures seamlessly into daily processes.
Conduct regular risk assessments on operational processes to identify and mitigate compliance risks effectively.
Stay informed about changes in regulations affecting operations, adapting policies accordingly.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field
- 2 to 5 of experience in operations compliance or a related role
- Relevant certifications in operations or compliance.
- Excellent communication skills to convey compliance requirements and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail in assessing operational processes.
