Main Roles:
- Answering the calls received with the correct script and provide needed solution to the customers in timely manner.
- Provide the highest level of support to customers via chats and escalating to cross-functional departments when necessary.
- Identify customers’ needs and wants, give your best to clarify information.
- Tele marketing, try to offer our service to the customer.
- Align with relevant departments to solve customer issue/ complaint and report back to the customer, where applicable.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience from working as a Customer Care
- Excellent in MS office
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- EVENING SHIFT 4:00 pm -12:00 am
salary range is 750-850 K IQD
