• Manage repairs and fixes of all faults in the internet gateway, data center, aggregation
•  Handle Configuration for the network Managing upgrades, patches and certificates
• experience on Network Hardware like Cisco (switches , Router), Palo Alto, Fortinet (at-least 3yr Exp.)
• Handle Day-to-day network performance monitoring and maintenance work because of identification of faults.
• Strong practical knowledge of network concepts including DNS, DHCP, VPN, network protocols, port configuration, link aggregation, spanning tree optimization, and performance tuning.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols, EIGRP, BGP, and OSPF.
• Security Fundamentals: Should be able to understand / Explain concepts (NAT, ACL, Access Groups, IPsec, AAA) & have working knowledge and be able to troubleshoot network Protocols.
• Knowledge of various NW management tools used in enterprise networks.
• Load Balancers: Troubleshoot hardware and software operation. Strong knowledge of all data flow through the load balancer.
• Designing networks at the local area, wide area or infrastructure level.
• Ensure stable and reliable Internet Service Provider network services (e.g. access products, service networks )
• Good understanding and knowledge of Network and Security
• Extensive support of Routing Protocols/Technologies such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS VPN, Multicast.
• Proficiency in Handling Network related calls regarding cisco, firewall, endpoint, etc.
• Must have good knowledge of endpoint security.
• Provide technical guidance and security policy regarding design and remote networks
• Assist with monitoring and auditing of information systems activities and systems to confirm information security policy compliance and provide management with security policy compliance assessments and system monitoring reports
• Provide reports for daily work, trouble tickets, tasks and section operation work if requested

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or any related
• CCNA (certified).
• CCNP (prefer).
• Firewall (certified).
