Position Title: Marketing Supervisor

At Lezzoo everyone is a founder leading with ambition and passion. Lezzoo is an online marketplace and last mile delivery service delivering thousands of orders from multiple verticals on a daily basis in 5 cities in Iraq including Baghdad and Erbil. 

About the Role:

Your role as a marketing Supervisor will be to oversee the performance of employees in the marketing department, create marketing campaigns, cascade these campaigns' mechanics to employees, and manage the follow-through. You will also delegate tasks to the team members to ensure the achievement of the marketing goals.

We are looking for someone creative, personable, and strategic with an understanding of the company's context, market positioning, and branding to create campaigns that are in line with Lezzoo's identity.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast and online content.
• Create, maintain and strengthen Lezzoo’s overall brand through all media avenues and increase traffic.
• Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule 
• Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
• Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
• Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
• conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
• Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retention
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, design, communications, or related field
• A minimum of 4 years experience in a Marketing or advertising position.
• Fluency in English, Arabic and Kurdish is a must 
• Excellent knowledge in Major social media platforms
• Extensive experience with marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
