- Supports the Parts Manager and team to deliver objectives at the branch level
- Works with the Service and Workshop team to ensure pre-picking activity is carried out and ensure access to the requested parts to enable them to schedule and complete work on time
- Works with colleagues and other teams across the Dealership to provide a seamless service to customers
- Works with colleagues across the Dealership to investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Understands and follows relevant aspects of the operational guidelines
- Ensures non-parts sales opportunities are followed up by the most appropriate colleague
- Maintains a professional manner and high standards of personal presentation at all times
- Adheres to health and safety requirements ensuring the safety and security of people, vehicles and property at all times, reporting any known faults or hazards
- Ensures own work area, vehicles and clothing are kept clean, tidy and in a safe condition in order to uphold CI and dealer standards
- Minimum 3 years experience / Dealer Experience Preferred.
