Main Responsibilities & Duties: This role is the front-line professional responsible for generating revenue by selling a company's products and/or services to clients or customers. Sales executives play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and persuading them to make purchases. All sales executives must maintain a certain certification level based on the products and/or services they are specialized in. Also, must have a strong knowledge of all products and services provided by the department, and have basic knowledge about overall products and services of other departments in the company. - Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients or customers through research, prospecting, and networking. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities. Conduct cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to establish contact with potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs, preferences, and pain points. Provide personalized solutions and recommendations to address client requirements.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Present products or services to clients, highlighting their features and benefits. Conduct product demonstrations and answer client questions effectively. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and pitches.
- Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients. Overcome objections and objections to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes. Provide feedback to the sales team and sales manager on market dynamics and client preferences.
- Sales Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in a CRM system. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the sales manager.
Requirement skills and competencies: - Bachler Degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field. New graduates are welcome.
