Job Title: Call Center Agent (Erbil)
About the Role:
Your role as a Call Center Agent will be to support customers with answering their Questions and concerns. By taking this job, you are required to process orders and follow up on issues across a number of communication channels.
Responsibilities:
● Manage incoming calls and Utilize computer technologies/Systems to handle high call volumes
● Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
● Handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
● Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
● Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
● Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
● Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements:
● Business proficiency language in Kurdish and Arabic, and preferably English.
● Proven customer support experience
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
● Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
● Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
● Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
● Ability to work on shift basis.
