Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Assist the commercial banking team in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and client communications.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers to ensure timely follow-up on client requests and inquiries.
- Manage client databases and CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Administrative Assistance:
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and performance metrics to management.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the sales team.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to fulfill customer requests and resolve service-related issues.
- Assist in organizing and hosting client events, workshops, and presentations.
- Sales Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve departmental targets.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies in all sales-related activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
