Part I: Implementation & Digitization (Phase 1)

• Project Governance: Define scope, objectives, and KPIs. Create and maintain a rigorous project schedule, managing resource allocation and budget tracking.
• Business Process Engineering: Work with department heads to map "As-Is" workflows and design optimized "To-Be" digital processes that leverage ERP best practices.
• Vendor Management: Manage the relationship with the ERP provider, ensuring they meet all contractual obligations and technical requirements defined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Data Strategy: Oversee the cleansing, mapping, and migration of legacy data to ensure high data integrity within the new system.
• Change Management: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate staff training programs, and execute a communication plan to ensure high internal adoption.

Part II: Support & Maintenance (Phase 2)

• Single Point of Contact (SPOC): Serve as the dedicated lead for all post-launch inquiries, acting as the primary interface between the client and the vendor's technical support team.
• Incident & Problem Management: Troubleshoot system issues, log bugs, and track them through resolution, ensuring the vendor adheres to agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Release & Update Management: Evaluate and oversee the rollout of system patches, version upgrades, and new feature releases to ensure zero disruption to business continuity.
• Continuous Optimization: Regularly audit system usage and gather user feedback to propose future enhancements or additional digitization modules.
• Documentation: Maintain a centralized knowledge base, including updated user manuals and internal troubleshooting protocols.

Required Qualifications
