- Marketing and Promotion:
- Assist in the development of marketing materials tailored to community needs and demographics.
- Use various platforms, including social media, to disseminate information and engage with the community.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all outreach activities.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key community leaders and stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between the bank and the community, ensuring that the bank’s efforts are aligned with community needs and expectations.
- Gather feedback from community engagements to better tailor the bank’s products and services.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of outreach programs.
- Analyze community response and participation to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
- Prepare reports for management on community engagement activities and their impacts.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all outreach and educational activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Stay updated on the latest in banking regulations, financial products, and community engagement strategies.
- Advocate for best practices in financial education and accessibility.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- Experience in community outreach, public relations, or education within a banking or financial services context.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and event planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using social media and other digital communication tools.
- Passion for community service and financial education.
