  1. Community Outreach and Education:
    • Develop and implement outreach programs aimed at educating community members about financial products, banking services, and financial management.
    • Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and other events that promote financial literacy.
    • Collaborate with local organizations, schools, and businesses to increase banking awareness and participation.
  2. Marketing and Promotion:
    • Assist in the development of marketing materials tailored to community needs and demographics.
    • Use various platforms, including social media, to disseminate information and engage with the community.
    • Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all outreach activities.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key community leaders and stakeholders.
    • Act as a bridge between the bank and the community, ensuring that the bank’s efforts are aligned with community needs and expectations.
    • Gather feedback from community engagements to better tailor the bank’s products and services.
  4. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of outreach programs.
    • Analyze community response and participation to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
    • Prepare reports for management on community engagement activities and their impacts.
  5. Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Ensure all outreach and educational activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
    • Stay updated on the latest in banking regulations, financial products, and community engagement strategies.
    • Advocate for best practices in financial education and accessibility.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Experience in community outreach, public relations, or education within a banking or financial services context.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and event planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using social media and other digital communication tools.
  • Passion for community service and financial education.
