Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the distribution of POS devices to merchants, including scheduling deliveries, arranging installations, and managing inventory levels. 
2. Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as merchant Advisors, Corporate team, and customer support teams, to gather requirements and ensure smooth deployment of POS devices. 
3. Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the optimal placement and configuration of POS devices at merchant locations. 
4. Install and configure POS devices at merchant sites, ensuring proper functionality and connectivity. 
5. Provide training and technical support to merchants on how to use POS devices, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic maintenance tasks. 
6. Maintain accurate records of POS device inventory, installations, and service requests, using appropriate tracking systems and documentation. 
7. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to POS devices and payment processing solutions. 
8. Provide feedback and recommendations to management for improving the efficiency, reliability, and usability of POS distribution processes. 

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in IT, electronics, or a related field is preferred. 
2. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the banking, financial services, or payment processing industry. 
3. Strong technical skills, with the ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot POS devices. 
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with merchants. 
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 
6. Flexibility to work non-standard hours or weekends as needed to accommodate merchant schedules and support service requirements. 
7. Valid driver's license for traveling to merchant locations for installations and service calls.
