Requirements and skills:

  • Proven track record in financial, banking, business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the financial or logistics industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management Finance, and field or equivalent work experience.
  • Business Acumen mindset is a must.
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages is preferred.
     

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to expand our client base and revenue streams.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including retailers and businesses in the Iraqi market.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and brand.
