Requirements and skills:
- Proven track record in financial, banking, business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the financial or logistics industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management Finance, and field or equivalent work experience.
- Business Acumen mindset is a must.
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them.
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to expand our client base and revenue streams.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including retailers and businesses in the Iraqi market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Prepare and present business proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and brand.
