2. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with Solutions Consultants to gather and analyze software requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications and software designs. Identify potential issues and propose solutions during the requirements analysis phase.
3. System Architecture: Create system architecture and design documents to guide development efforts. Ensure software scalability, security, and performance are considered in the architecture.
4. Coding and Testing: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Perform unit testing and collaborate with Solutions Consultants to ensure software reliability. Debug and resolve software defects and issues.
5. Version Control and Collaboration: Use version control systems using Git to manage source code. Collaborate with other developers and Solutions Consultants, to deliver software products.
6. Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Innovate and propose improvements to existing software solutions and processes.
7. Deployment and Maintenance: Assist in deploying software releases and updates. Monitor and maintain software applications in production environments. Provide timely support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Requirement skills and competencies:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. New graduates are welcome.
2. Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages (Python, C#, Dart).
