Personal banker (Customer service representative)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Provide customers with basic information on all bank products/service to increase customer awareness & ensure a high level of quality service.
2. Handle all bank account opening & its related operations process including system input & data entry.
3. Track customers “inflows and outflows” and contact customers to seek information on reasons for unexpected patterns/behaviors to maintain better quality services level and meet set budgets.
4. Handle customers queries and complaints and ensure effective closure of complaints within the set TAT & SLA to reach customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Prepare daily reports including sales reports, call reports, accounts opening and share it with supervisor and branch head to track the performance.
6. Receive all relevant customer requests related to cheque book, Credit and Debit card. Check their validity and send it to be related departments for completion.
7. Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
8. Implement the day-to-to-today operations assigned for the branch to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures compliance.
9. Comply with all relevant CBI regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal EIB policies.
Qualifications.
* Bachelor’s degree of commerce, business administration, accounting, or its equivalent.
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
* Knowledge of all retail banking products and services is an asset skill.
* Good command of English & Arabic languages.
