Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records for the bank.
  • Record daily financial transactions and verify their accuracy.
  1. Bank Reconciliation:
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  1. Financial Reporting:
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  1. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
  • Process invoices, payments, and ensure timely collections.
  • Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
  1. Audit Support:
  • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed.
  • Implement audit recommendations to improve financial processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-0 years) in a Previous experience in accounting, especially in a banking setting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
