Job Summary
• Supervising mini-sue employees and controlling sales in the store by leading and controlling customer services and improving store employees, encouraging them to achieve a very good result in sales. Required Knowledge & Experience
• Certificate - bachelor's degree in administration or any nearby section.
• Experience - 3 years or more in managing the store or in the field of sales.
• Full experience in customer service and full control of the issue and its implementation in the store.
• Having the ability to manage the team and encourage them to achieve the selected objects.
• Very good ability to build relationships with customers.
• Start and be able to improve store operations.
• Language skills —at least speaking two languages, Kurdish and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Working on increasing sales and getting more sales.
• Supervise store employees and provide them with instructions and training.
• Giving daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the company's administration and human resources.
• Control and protect the store in cases of extinction and take away the company's products.
• Supervise and attend during the store inventory.
• Monitor the store's product account and eliminate the phenomenon of product loss in the store.
• Monitor the store and provide instructions to fill the shelf and continuously display the products.
• Set up a schedule of work and control store employees' holidays.
• Continuous instructions from store employees to take care of customer service, and train them on it.
