On behalf of our client which is a leading ISP company we are looking for an evening shift NOC engineer to join their team in Erbil.

On a day-to-day basis the person is expected to:

- Perform basic troubleshooting for the network components (DWDM, routers, and switches) to isolate the incidents/problems and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Closely monitor network status during duty through multiple NMSs (MPLS, DWDM, Fiber) and perform periodic checks every 5 minutes on all NMSs to ensure the network’s healthily status and take timely actions in case of the case any incidents are observed.
• Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults on the company's trouble tickets and networks
• Ability for 24x7 work shifts rotation
• NMS configuration and Customization (Adding/Deleting/Editing new services and Nodes)

Having relevant experience and speaking Kurdish and very good English is required.
