Administration Officer perform a variety of management and administrative tasks in offices, ordering supplies for the office and training employees.

The role of the Administration officer is to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the office.

Responsibilities & Duties: 

  1. Responsible for The Group Office service.
  2. Prepare reports as directed.
  3. Processing company PO’s, logistics, invoices, and any other relatives.
  4. Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements).
  5. Provide general support to visitors.
  6. Schedule meetings and appointments.
  7. Control correspondences.
  8. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
  9. Responsible for Procurement Purchasing for The Group Office in Erbil.
  10. Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify relevant parties.
  11. Follow up and Responsible for the services unit (Cleaning).
  12. pay monthly rent for office space, pay utility bills and manage the ordering of office supplies.
  13. Responsible for following all the untreated assets related to stuff.
  14. Assisting and supporting management.
  15. Assisting with inventory control.
