Looking for well experienced IT Administrator for a well-known regional company for their office in Baghdad offering a competitive salary. 

Job responsibilities: 

• FortiNet firewall configuration and maintenance.
• CISCO Switches configuration. “VLAN and Trunk”
• VPN. “configure virtual private network between branches” Site to Site VPN.
• SAP cloud environment. “troubleshooting and maintenance for SAP cloud system”
• SAS & SAWA software experience. “troubleshoot and support for SAS software, configure SAWA on tablet and troubleshooting, salesman route, budget and promotions”. (In house system).
• Help Desk. “Troubleshoot all equipment related to IT department, PCs, laptops, printers…etc.”
• Olives Salesforce App. “troubleshoot and support for Olives software, configure Olives on tablet and troubleshooting, salesman route and promotions”.
• Windows server management. “Troubleshoot and dealing with MS windows server environment.”
• Create and configure AD “Active Directory” and DNS “Domain Name Server”
• Virtualization. Create and configure MS Hyper-V.
• Backup for servers such as Windows Backup and Acronis.
• DRS. Configure and maintain Disaster Recovery Site.
• VOIP. Working on Voice Over IP devices.
• CCTV. Configure and maintain NVR “Network Video Recorder”. 

Technical requirements: 

• FortiNet firewall configuration and maintenance.
• CISCO Switches configuration.

• SAP cloud environment.
• SAS & SAWA software experience (preferred)
• Help Desk.
• Olives Salesforce App.
• Windows server management.
