Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to business accounts and corporate accounts to introduce Bank's services and create interest in scheduling appointments.

Qualify leads through effective questioning to identify potential merchant and cash point candidates. Gather necessary information for the Merchant Advisor's follow-up visits.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the Merchant Advisor to visit potential clients, ensuring that appointments align with both client availability and company objectives.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address any queries, and maintain a positive relationship with potential clients throughout the sales process.

Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointments in the company's database. Ensure that information is organized and easily accessible for future reference.

Collaboration: Coordinate with the Merchant Advisor to communicate relevant details about scheduled appointments and provide any additional information required for successful client meetings.

Sales Reporting: Generate regular reports on tele sales activities, including the number of calls made, appointments set, and any feedback received from potential clients.

Requirements:

Proven Experience: Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition of the bank services to potential clients.

Goal-Oriented: Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding set targets and objectives.

Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with the Merchant Advisor and other team members to ensure a seamless sales process.

Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to address potential issues and concerns raised by potential clients.

Languages:

Arabic and English.
