CRM Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance customer relationships.
- Utilize data analytics to identify customer segments, behaviors, and preferences.
Customer Segmentation and Targeting:
- Analyze customer data to segment and target specific customer groups for personalized engagement.
- Create targeted campaigns based on customer profiles and behaviors.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and other communication platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments for optimization.
Customer Journey Mapping:
- Map and analyze customer journeys to identify touchpoints for improved engagement and satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience at every stage of the customer journey.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize CRM tools and analytics platforms to extract meaningful insights from customer data.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of CRM strategies with overall business goals.
- Work with IT teams to optimize CRM systems and integrations.
Feedback Collection and Analysis:
- Implement systems for collecting customer feedback and reviews.
- Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address customer concerns.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in CRM management and customer engagement, preferably
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines related to customer engagement in the banking sector.
