Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.
Online Advertising:
Plan and execute effective online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including search engines, social media, and display networks.
Optimize ad performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and budget constraints.
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Manage social media accounts, create compelling content, and monitor online conversations.
Content Marketing:
Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and shareable content for digital channels.
Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
SEO and Website Optimization:
Oversee the bank's website optimization efforts to enhance user experience and improve search engine rankings.
Implement SEO best practices and monitor website analytics.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track digital marketing performance.
Prepare regular reports on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Email Marketing:
Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
Analyze email performance metrics and implement improvements.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (7-5 years) in digital marketing, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
