- Being the brand champion and expert while ensuring brand integrity in all respects.
- Contributes to annual brand planning process.
- Develops strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round brand engagement through all marketing mix instruments.
- Plans, implements, and executes successful consumer and trade marketing programs (including brand strategic planning, market positioning, pricing, promotion, advertising, budget management).
- Utilizes category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in product development as well as marketing initiatives.
- Collaborates with Iraq Business Managers team for developing specific marketing strategies to support business growth.
- Collaborates with different internal and external teams in Iraq such as Trade Marketing, Sales, Research, Finance, R&D, Production, Creative, Legal, etc.
- Liaises with the Marketing Teams in Iran to synergize marketing know-how, strategies, activities and specific marketing mix needs to efficiently plan and execute marketing strategies in Iraq.
- Sets brand planning calendar, coordinates cross-functional activities and planning processes, manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables.
- Provides reporting to allow proper measurement of marketing activities and strategic recommendations based on analysis of ongoing trade and consumer promotion programs.
- Performs other duties as necessary to support the objectives of division and company.
Salary range for this position is 4-5 million IQD
