TASKS:
- Provide project requirement including the following:
- Bill of Materials based on tender documents in coordinate with technical manager.
- Project execution time table.
- Required resources for the project.
- Build up a complete sheet for project expenses including but not limited to (Security pass fee, fuel, vehicles, cost of resources, required tools any extra cost that will be appear during project analysis).
- Project progress follow up.
- Provide project Logistic requirement including the following:
- Check all project materials according to the submitted proposal.
- Follow up with forwarder for materials delivery.
- Check the received materials from forwarder with received PL from supplier and submitted BOQ.
- Make inventory list for the project materials at local warehouse.
- Arrange inventory receipt with responsible project manager & site engineer.
- Cross check final delivery notes from site engineer and customer side.
- Provide Project Procurement requirement including the following:
- Provide prices for project materials (local supply).
- Collect approval for the prices & specifications for the supplied materials.
- Purchase the required materials from the local market.
