- To manage and handle contracts with company vendor’s and ensure the best prices, and services
- Tracking of orders, resolving issues concerning price disputes,
- To be in constant update with the market price of certain items
- To receive all quotations, prepare summaries, and analyze the bids,
- Receive invoices, and follow up on proper documentation submitted to finance
- Handle communication and cooperation with suppliers and negotiating contracts
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
