Responsibilities:
•Supervise and lead a team of Merchant Advisors, POS Distribution Team, Admin Team, ISIC Team and Cashpoint Quality team.
•Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members meet their objectives and deliver exceptional service.
•Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
•Coordinate the activities of Merchant Advisors, including market research, merchant recruitment, support, and customer engagement.
•Review and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.
•Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the effectiveness of merchant advisor operations.
•Oversee the distribution of point-of-sale (POS) devices to merchants, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
•Work closely with the POS Distribution Team to optimize logistics and address any issues related to device deployment.
•Manage administrative tasks related to merchant advisor operations, such as scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
•Assist in developing sales strategies and tactics to achieve Sales targets and expand the Bank’s merchant network.
•Support the sales team in understanding customer requirements and addressing sales-related challenges.
Requirements:
•Leadership Experience: Proven track record of effectively managing teams in a sales or customer service environment.
•Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
•Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
•Own Transportation: Must have a personal vehicle for travel to various locations as required.
