-Monitor and sign reports received from department heads regarding the branch's workflow, achievements, and submit them to the direct supervisor.
-Define duties and tasks, ensure the efficient execution of required tasks, and assess their alignment with approved procedures.
-Propose training courses for subordinates, evaluate training results, monitor leaves, absences, etc., in coordination with the Human Resources department.
-Prepare the annual performance evaluation for subordinates according to set schedules, providing necessary recommendations per the performance evaluation system.
-Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the direct supervisor.
-Act on behalf of the branch manager in receiving important branch customers when necessary, support the branch manager in managing external relations to promote and market banking services, creating opportunities for branch and bank development.
-Supervise activities related to daily review and audit of the branch's daily portfolio, monitor customer accounts, audit daily cash operations, and ensure necessary reconciliations are carried out.
Required Knowledge:
-Thorough knowledge of the products and services offered by the bank.
-Knowledge of the latest sales methods and techniques.
-Understanding of customer service principles and methods.
-Familiarity with the Iraqi market and its economic and social aspects.
-Knowledge of legal aspects related to banking operations.
-Awareness of the Central Bank's instructions, laws, and regulations.
Educational Level and Practical Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Financial Sciences, or equivalent.
At least five years of experience in a similar functional role.
