Responsibilities:

  1. Daily Visits to the opened businesses and providing (Marketing Materials, POS Materials and solving technical issues).
  2. On spot escalation on not using POS’s.
  3. Returning not used POS by businesses.
  4. Validating business information’s.
  5. Provide the needed training to the businesses.
  6. Support onboarding new business accounts.
  7. Any other job might be requested by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience minimum one year experience as sales representative or other sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to Multitask.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to address compliance-related issues and challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
  • Owns a Personal Car.
  • Kurdish and Arabic languages are required, (English is a plus).
