Job Description:
-Prepare the Branch's Local Sales Plan.
-Distribute digital targets for each product and employee, with criteria for measuring productivity and performance.
-Conduct weekly meetings with all branch employees to discuss administrative directives and new programs, ensure employees' awareness and commitment, explain digital targets to employees, and inform them how to achieve them.
-Attend regular meetings with management, preparing a presentation on the financial and non-financial achievements of the branch.
-Prepare periodic reports on branch activities and achievements, submit them to the direct supervisor, monitor branch numbers daily, review payment and withdrawal amounts, and develop an action plan to achieve the required digital goals.
-Participate in developing the budget for the branch with relevant departments, supervise its execution, monitor and identify reasons for deviations to address them and achieve the set targets.
-Monitor the training process for subordinates, identify their training needs, and evaluate training results in coordination with other departments.
-Monitor all matters related to subordinates, such as vacations and leaves, among others.
-Prepare the annual evaluation for subordinates according to the scheduled dates, providing necessary recommendations based on the performance evaluation system.

Required Knowledge:
-Thorough knowledge of the products and services offered by the bank.
-Knowledge of the latest sales methods and techniques.
-Understanding of customer service principles and methods.
-Familiarity with the Iraqi market and its economic and social aspects.
-Knowledge of legal aspects related to banking operations.
-Awareness of the Central Bank's instructions, laws, and regulations.

Educational Level and Practical Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Financial Sciences, Banking, or equivalent.
-At least 8 years of experience in a banking sector - branches.
