A well known travel agency in Erbil looking for travel agent

this position is for Kurdish locals only!

• Must be able to speak Kurdish, English and Arabic fluently. 
• Must have previous experience working with travel agency. 
• Planning and selling tickets, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
• Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
• Enter data into our software and maintain client files
