We are looking for an experienced Inventory Controller with a strong background in retail operations, responsible for managing stock across stores and warehouse, ensuring high accuracy, proper stock flow, and minimizing losses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control inventory across retail stores and warehouse.

- Conduct regular stock counts (cycle counts & full stock takes).

- Identify, investigate, and report stock discrepancies, damages, and shrinkage.

- Ensure accurate stock updates on Odoo system.

- Coordinate with store teams to maintain proper stock levels.

- Analyze stock movement (fast/slow moving items).

- Ensure product availability and prevent out-of-stock situations.

- Monitor inter-branch stock transfers and documentation.

- Prepare inventory reports for management.

- Enforce company policies related to stock handling and loss prevention.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

- Minimum 2–4 years experience in retail inventory control (electronics preferred).

- Experience with store operations, stock audits, and shrinkage control.

- Experience using ERP systems (Odoo preferred).

- Strong Excel and reporting skills.

- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

- Good communication skills in Arabic & English.
